All of our boats are certified for whale watching, have a permit and follow the whale watching regulations (nom-131-SEMARNAT-2010).

Restrictions The minimum age for group tours is 7 years old . Pregnant women are not allowed.People with severe back or neck problems are not allowed.
Cancellations Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
