Certification
All of our boats are certified for whale watching, have a permit and follow the whale watching regulations (nom-131-SEMARNAT-2010).

Restrictions The minimum age for group tours is 4 years old . Pregnant women are not allowed. People with severe back or neck problems are not allowed.
Cancellations Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price

Mari and the captain were kind, informative and they were extremely proactive in making sure we saw as many whales as possible. We saw several whales in different areas of the bay. They were organized and provided drinks and snacks. Boat was clean and good size. The life vests were more modern and less cumbersome.
