All of our boats are certified for whale watching, have a permit and follow the whale watching regulations (nom-131-SEMARNAT-2010).

Restrictions >The minimum age for group tours is 7 years old . >Pregnant women are not allowed. >People with severe back or neck problems are not allowed.
Cancellations Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 48 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. I have been whale watching many times in Vallarta, Alaska and Monterey and this was the best trip with the finest most knowledgeable crew.
What an amazing evening-- we saw so many whales and thanks to the wonderful crew!
We laughed, took amazing photos and got to hear whale songs and learn all about these wonderful creatures. the size of the boat is just perfect for that up close to whales - experience.
